Since 2003, RMB Building and Design, LLC has set the standard for luxury custom homes in Wilmington, North Carolina. You'll make personalized selections with guidance from our trusted partners, allowing us to prepare an informed preliminary cost estimate.

Final Approvals & Documentation

We complete detailed construction plans, coordinate engineering, and manage all final approvals to set the stage for the build.

Construction Contract Preparation

We begin each new build with a Preconstruction Services Agreement. It covers all the early-stage work, including site evaluations, design collaboration, and comprehensive estimating, that lays the foundation for what is to come. Mack holds a N.C. Unlimited General Contractor's License, with memberships in the American Institute of Building Design and the National Association of Home Builders, and has earned his Certified Green Professional designation from the NAHB. Travis also holds a N.C. Unlimited General Contractor's License and his Certified Green Professional designation, serves as the chair for the American Custom Builders Council, and sits on the board of directors for the Wilmington-Cape Fear Homebuilders Association.
